Terrior Roaster
Terroir Roaster is an adaptive-reuse renovation of a commercial building in Hang Dong, Chiang Mai, transformed into a compact café, roastery, and coffee workshop space. The design embodies a "Harmony of Contrasts", pairing sleek, modern materials with the warmth of multi-toned hardwoods. This juxtaposition reflects the brand’s identity—bridging technical professionalism with artisanal craftsmanship while honoring Chiang Mai’s local character. To optimize the limited footprint, the space utilizes a flexible Modular System. Custom timber furniture can be easily reconfigured or stacked, while modular display units for coffee beans and handcrafted ceramics match the proportions of the seating, creating a unified and adaptable spatial flow.
